- Setelah daging dan ayam empuk, masukkan zucchini dan chunjang aduk sampai merata, tambah air, saus tiram, minyak wijen, kecap asin, gula (masak dengan api kecil)Biarkan sampai mendidih lalu masukkan air larutan maizena agar saus mengental sempurna.
