Petunjuk
- Siapkan bahan-bahan.
- Panaskan 1 sdm minyak goreng kemudian tumis daging hingga minyak daging keluar.
- Masukkan bawang bombay, timun dan lobak yang sudah dipotong2 dadu. Aduk2 sekitar 2 menit. Singkirkan sayuran ke samping (buat ruang untuk pasta ditengah2) masukkan 1 sdm minyak goreng tunggu panas sebentar kemudian masukkan pasta, tumis sebentar kemudian campur semuanya..
- Setelah diaduk2 kira2 1 menit, masukkan air sampai semua hampir terendam, masak hingga sayuran matang..
- Larutkan tempung maizena dengan air biasa..
- Masukkan larutan tepung maizena ke dalam panci dan aduk2. Jika kurang kental, bisa ditambahkan larutan maizena kembali. Masukkan minyak wijen. Aduk-aduk..
- Sajikan dengan mie atau nasi..
