- Tumis bawang bombay dengan minyak wijen hingga harum, lalu masukkan potongan ayam, aduk2 hingga ayam kaku dan matang.
- Masukkan potongan kentang, aduk, masak hingga kentang setengah empuk, lalu tuang potongan zucchini, aduk2 agar tidak gosong, masak hingga kentang benar2 empuk.
- Tuang pasta kedelai hitam, aduk2 hingga harum, lalu tuang air, biarkan hingga mendidih, tambahkan gula.
- Tuang sedikit2 larutan tepung maizena hingga jadi kental dan meletup2, matikan api.
- Penyajian : siapkan mie diatas piring, tuang saus kedelai hitam keatas mie secukupnya, lalu beri garnish irisan wortel dan mentimun jepang, sajikan😍.
