- Kalian perlu Secukupnya pok coy.
- Kalian perlu Secukupnya Garam, gula, micin.
- Siapkan Secukupnya Air minum.
- Siapkan 1/2 sdm Tepung maizena, larutan dg sedikit air.

- Setelah semua bahan siap, tumis kentang sampai empuk kemudian masukan bombay dan tumis sebentar sampai harum. Sisihkan. Lalu kita tumis black bean paste sebentar, kemudian masukan tumisan kentang dan bombay tadi, tumis2 lagi sebentar..
- Selanjutnya beri air secukupnya untuk jadi saucenya.. aduk2 sebentar dan biarkan airnya menyusut/menjadi agak kental. Beri garam dan gula.. koreksi rasa, lalu beri micin. Setelah rasanya pas, tuang larutan maizena, aduk rata sebentar. Selesai. Kalau suka pedas bisa ditaburi b*on cabe atau semacamnya..
