- Masukkan korsvet ke dalam plastik 1kg, pipihkan dan simpan dalam freezer sekitar 5-10 menit.

- Keluarkan korsvet dari plastik dengan cara digunting plastiknya.
- Pipihkan adonan tepung. Adonan harus lebih besar dari korsvet. letakkan korsvet diatas adonan, lalu lipat rapi seperti amplop.
- Giling dengan rolling sampe membentuk persegi panjang. Pelan-pelan saja supaya tidak bocor. Kalo tetap bocor tidak apa2, lanjutkan saja. Taburi terigu supaya tidak lengket..
- Lipat dobel seperti gambar. Lalu pipihkan lagi. Ulangi langkah ini 2x.
- Lipat single seperti gambar. Lalu pipihkan lagi. Ulangi 2x juga.
- Setelah dilipat dobel 2x dan single 2x, adonan sudah siap digunakan. Pipihkan dan cetak sesuai selera. Atau bungkus dengan plastk wrap dan simpan di freezer. Dari freezer kalo mau digunakan, diamkan dulu di suhu ruang 1-2 jam, baru dibentuk sesuai selwra.
- Saya buat egg tart portuguese, berhasil lapisan2nya.
